Role: Senior IT Project Manager Digital Transformation / Government Projects

Location: California - Remote

Must Have Skills

3+ years of experience managing multiple medium complex projects.
Experience developing project plans, schedules, and project approach.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Experience with scope, risk, resource, and project plan management.
Experience managing project financials (budgeting, forecasting, tracking, reconciliation).
Experience supporting application development projects.
Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
Conflict resolution and relationship management skills.
Experience with full SDLC (design, development, deployment).
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools: SharePoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio.

Preferred Skills

Experience with government agencies or public sector projects.
Knowledge of case management and data management systems.
PMP Certification.
Agile / Scrum certification.
Advanced SharePoint and Excel skills.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot or AI productivity tools.
