Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Zeeland that are seeking skilled IT Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cybersecurity systems.
• Manage the procurement, deployment, and support of hardware and software for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to IT systems and data security.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) and their application in manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements relevant to industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT).
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT infrastructure, network systems, and hardware in a production-critical environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) implementations or support.
• Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices within a manufacturing context (e.g., NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443).
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical manufacturing stakeholders.
