Participate in software systems analysis, system design and implementation activities throughout the systems development life cycle (SDLC) with key job duties in performing software quality assurance and engineering.

• Design, implement, and execute automated test cases using leapwork, ensuring effective coverage of modular and microservices systems.
• CI/CD Integration including developing, writing test cases for seamless integration into application development pipelines, facilitating continuous testing and deployment processes.
• Comprehensive testing job duties including conduct testing across various layers, including UI, API, and database, ensuring thorough validation of functionalities and data integrity.
• Involve, lead and work with SDLC a team of QA testers, fostering a collaborative and high- performance environment. Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis of issues, working with development teams to resolve defects and improve system quality.

Test case development by working in create detailed and effective test cases and scripts for functional, integration, and performance testing, ensuring all aspects of the system are thoroughly tested.

• Document programs, generate reports and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of test cases, results, defect tracking, and testing processes. Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Work on process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process. Demonstrate work experience and knowledge using ServiceNow tools, integration with leapwork, etc.
• Overall tools and technologies used are inclusive of: Microsoft .Net, ASP.Net, MVC, C#, Razor View, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, API, JSon, XML, Oracle, PL/SQL, Azure, CI/CD, Visual Studio, SOAP UI, Postman, etc.
