Summary

Job Title: Project Manager - Capital Markets

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days a week in office)

Duration: 12 months + Possible Extension/Conversion

Pay Rate: $60/hr - $70/hr (W2 Only)

Job/Role Description:


  • This role will lead end-to-end project delivery across regulatory and business initiatives in Capital Markets.
  • This position will manage full project lifecycle activities, including planning, requirements, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • This position will serve as a liaison between Capital Markets front-office teams, line-of-business partners, and technology groups.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and clear status reporting.
  • Support regulatory-driven initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with required standards.
  • Develop high-quality project artifacts, documentation, reporting materials, and presentations.
  • Leverage advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to analyze data, track progress, and deliver executive-ready materials.

Required Qualifications


  • 6+ years of project management experience, ideally within financial services
  • Solid understanding of Capital Markets products (demonstrated working knowledge required)
  • Proven ability to work with front-office teams or act as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations
  • Experience delivering projects within banking environments, with awareness of operational dynamics
  • Regulatory project experience required
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to produce clear and insightful reporting
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
