Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining Surface release builds, including validation processes, deployment automation, and comprehensive technical documentation for consistent and scalable rollouts.
- Providing third-line engineering support for escalated issues related to Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Windows OS.
- Collaborating with security and compliance teams to support endpoint hardening.
- Customizing and managing Windows OS builds, including branding, provisioning logic, and seamless integration with Autopilot.
- Creating and managing Intune Configuration Profiles and management (MDM) controls to enforce consistent device configurations.
- Overseeing the full lifecycle of Windows devices
- Packaging and deploying enterprise applications
- Implementing and monitoring patch management
- Designing and supporting certificate-based authentication
