Description
Deliver prompt, high-quality customer service and technical assistance
Train and support staff on hardware, software, and internal business applications
Prepare, install, and configure computers, peripherals, and related equipment
Track and maintain technology assets and inventories
Provide technical support for meetings, presentations, and events (internal and external)
Evaluate user challenges and recommend practical technical solutions
Document support requests, resolutions, and internal processes
Maintain operating systems and associated applications
Install, support, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop environments
Identify system changes or upgrades and implement necessary adjustments
Configure and deploy phones, computers, and related technology
Monitor and manage software licenses and usage
Support, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot network server infrastructure
Administer electronic pledging systems and online donor platforms (e.g., ANDAR ePledge, FormAssembly)
Oversee donor website implementation, scheduling, data setup, training, reporting, and overall program success
Train employees on technology systems and office equipment
Produce and distribute system and campaign reports
Participate in assigned technology-related projects
Coordinate and work in partnership with IT teams as needed
Uphold and reflect the mission and values of United Way in all work
Perform additional duties as required

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Required:
Associate degree in computer science or a related information technology field from an accredited institution, plus at least two years of experience supporting PCs and enterprise software in a business environment; or a comparable combination of education and hands-on experience
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
Industry certifications such as Microsoft credentials and/or CompTIA A+

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
