REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, authentication
IntegrationHub, MID Server, webhooks, scripted REST APIs
ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog & CMDB
Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ACLs & automated testing
Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts & UI Policies
Employee Center, Service Portal, UI Builder & Configurable Workspaces
ServiceNow AI: Now Assist, GenAI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent or AI Search
Accessibility, security, troubleshooting & performance optimization
