This role is best suited for a PM who thrives in uptime-sensitive environments and can drive execution across power, cooling, controls, and low-voltage systems—from design through commissioning and handover.
This position focuses on technical solution delivery in live, mission-critical environments. You will act as the bridge between engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations, ensuring each deployment meets strict requirements for capacity, redundancy, reliability, and performance for demanding enterprise and hyperscale clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Own end-to-end technical delivery of data center infrastructure projects
• Lead cross-functional coordination between engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams
• Manage schedules, budgets, milestones, and technical risk for mission-critical builds
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and turnover of power, cooling, controls, and low-voltage systems
• Ensure strict adherence to design specifications, redundancy models, and uptime requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Drive rapid issue resolution in live or uptime-sensitive environments
What We’re Looking For
• At least two successfully delivered projects in mission-critical environments
• Hands-on experience with low-voltage and structured cabling as part of integrated data center builds
• Strong understanding of electrical power systems, mechanical/cooling systems, controls/BMS, and low-voltage systems
• Proven ability to manage complex technical dependencies across multiple trades
• Comfortable working onsite in high-accountability environments
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
