Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager III to manage diverse financial, resource-related, and administrative functions for a large and complex business unit. The role will lead non-personnel expense forecasting and contract management and governance processes, and will coordinate projects, process improvements, compliance activities, and communications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial planning and analysis, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver structured outcomes across functions.
Responsibilities:
- Own non-personnel expense forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis across the business unit.
- Lead contract management and governance, including renewals, compliance, and vendor coordination.
- Manage financial control, budgeting, and consolidation activities with adherence to bank policies and accounting practices.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and project coordination that impact cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations and reports for senior management.
- Oversee personnel processes, audit and compliance readiness, and premises-related administration as needed.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, and dependencies across programs and workstreams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis within complex organizations.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel (modeling, pivot tables, lookups) and PowerPoint (executive narratives).
- Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills with effective presentation capability.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Prior experience managing multiple facets of end-to-end business operations.
- Working knowledge of bank policies, programs, procedures, and financial/accounting practices.

- Financial management, resource management, and stakeholder management.
- Project management with results orientation and collaboration across teams.
- Analytical thinking, business acumen, and risk management, including governance practices.
- Agile practices and data management, with attention to detail and ability to connect cross-functional processes.
