Summary

What will you do?

  • Provide accurate processing support for standardized and manual processes.
  • Accurately review, verify and/or record data into systems supporting department processes.
  • Understand department procedures and required accountabilities.
  • Liaise and provide customer service support on issues requiring research and problem resolution.
  • Understand and utilize information from other Operation’s departments, Business Units, external customers or industry participants.
  • Address escalated questions independently; seeking assistance from Team Lead or Manager as appropriate.
  • Reduce risk by suggesting process changes or modifications as appropriate
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent OR High school diploma or equivalent AND 2+ year of job-related experience
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment with high attention to detail and level of accuracy and able to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Ability to work with sensitive, proprietary, and non-public information and maintain confidentiality
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work both independently and with team members, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft-based software products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access

Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:

  • SIE or Series 99 or 7
  • Previous experience in payment processing or wealth management operations.
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in business, finance or related field
  • 1+ year business, finance, customer service and/or accounting/bookkeeping experience
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, mathematical, and exception-based processing skills.
