Summary

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications using COBOL and CICS.
Maintain legacy applications with minor new development.
Analyze, program, test, troubleshoot, and support existing applications.
Work with business teams to understand business processes and requirements.
Assist with requirements gathering, design, system architecture, and development.
Perform front-end, middle-tier, and back-end development as required.
Work as part of an Agile software development team.
Troubleshoot production and application issues and provide technical support.
Work with DB2, SQL, QMF, JCL, and job scheduling.
Follow NDOT development standards, methodologies, and processes.
Evaluate technical issues and determine appropriate solutions based on cost and benefits.
