Senior Salesforce Architect

Introduction: As a Senior Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for owning the Salesforce Front Office target architecture, defining global reference architectures, and leading large-scale, multi-region Salesforce implementations. You will translate business strategy into executable solution architectures and drive instance strategy and consolidation decisions.

Responsibilities:

Platform Architecture & Strategy:

• Own the Salesforce Front Office target architecture across various Salesforce clouds and capabilities.
• Define global reference architectures and lead-to-cash capability model.
• Drive instance strategy, consolidation decisions, and regional deployment patterns.
• Lead buy vs build vs extend decisions with real trade-off analysis.

Execution Leadership:

• Serve as the architectural lead for large-scale, multi-region Salesforce implementations.
• Translate business strategy into clear, executable solution architectures.
• Review, challenge, and approve solution designs and integrations.
• Act as the senior technical representative for security and scalability concerns.
• Remain hands-on to unblock teams and drive delivery outcomes.

Data, AI & Integration Architecture:

• Define Salesforce''s role in the data ecosystem and architect Data Cloud solutions.
• Guide the use of AI across Sales, Service, Commerce, and Operations.
• Partner with Integration Architecture to define integration patterns.

Governance & Enablement:

• Establish Salesforce architecture governance and mentor solution architects.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 14+ years of software development experience with 10-12 years dedicated to Salesforce architecture.
• Experience as lead architect for large, multi-cloud Salesforce programs.
• Hands-on expertise in Sales, Service, Revenue, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Understanding of Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, and subscription-based business models.
• Experience in global, multi-region environments with regulatory and data constraints.
• Knowledge of Integration architecture, Data modeling, and governance.
• Experience with Agile delivery at scale.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
