Develop Azure Function middleware connecting D365 with SAP, IFS, telephony, and web portals. Support Unified Service Desk and lead migration to Customer Service Workspace. Collaborate with analysts to deliver technical solutions and maintain development standards.
Requirements: 10+ years D365 CE development, C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Platform, Azure Functions, REST APIs. USD experience required. CSW, SAP/IFS integration, Copilot Studio experience preferred. PL-400 certification a plus.
