Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant with strong expertise in Broadcom Siteminder, Identity Manager, Advanced Authentication, Directory, and VIP Authentication Hub (IDSP). The ideal candidate will design, implement, and support IAM solutions that ensure secure, scalable, and compliant access across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain IAM solutions using Broadcom Siteminder, Identity Manager, and related tools.
Implement and manage authentication and authorization policies across enterprise applications.
Integrate Advanced Authentication mechanisms to strengthen security posture.
Administer and optimize Directory Services for identity lifecycle management.
Configure and support VIP Authentication Hub (IDSP) for multi-factor authentication and secure access.
Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure IAM solutions align with business and compliance requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.
Document configurations, processes, and best practices for IAM systems.
Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and security assessments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
Hands-on expertise with Broadcom Siteminder, Identity Manager, Advanced Authentication, Directory Services, and VIP Authentication Hub (IDSP).
Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP).
Experience with role-based access control (RBAC) and identity lifecycle management.
Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR compliance).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
