Required Skills and Experience

• Around 6-7 years of experience on Manhattan’s iSeries WMS product PKMS.

• Must have worked with several client’s providing Manhattan iSeries support, gathering requirements and designing solutions using the product

• Ability to multi-task and manage client expectations

• Testing and debugging skills along with design, analytical, and research skills are a must

• Excellent communication skills are a must along with ability to work across multiple divisions including Asia and Europe

Tasks most likely to be assigned:

• Work on support activities and small projects

• Assist in driving Order Management and Warehouse solutions

• Provide input into future WMS system design

• Direct KT and KM activities in the team and drive continuous training

• Document WMS system processes

Helpful knowledge/exposure:

• Outbound shipping processes from DCs

• Inter-DC shipment processes

• Inbound to DC processes

• Internal Warehouse operations

• EDI/XML/Data Integrations

• Warehouse metrics and reporting
