Description Robert Half is seeking an experienced Project Manager with project experience relating to Manufacturing and commercialization of the design consumer packaged goods. This is a 6-month contract and fully remote.

Pay: $45-60/hour
Main Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end creative projects, developing timelines, scopes, and project plans from intake through final delivery.
- Lead cross-functional creative meetings, aligning stakeholders on objectives, deliverables, priorities, and deadlines.
- Track project progress, dependencies, and risks, proactively communicating delays, changes, and mitigation plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between creative teams and partners (Brand, Marketing, Digital, E-commerce, Operations), ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Own project documentation, including briefs, timelines, status updates, meeting notes, and final project archives within MS Teams and related tools.
- Manage creative intake, prioritization, and resource demand to ensure work is accurately scoped and capacity is effectively planned.
- Facilitate project wrap-ups and debriefs, capturing key learnings and identifying opportunities to improve creative workflows and processes.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships and lead creative teams through clear direction, accountability, and execution.
Requirements Requirements:- Experience project managing packaging design projects with designers and creative teams.
- Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile PM methodologies, including Six Sigma methodology and CFR 111 manufacturing.
- Ability to manage 20+ commercialization and/or process improvement projects at one time across the project team.
- Strong business understanding and financial skills (P& L, cost centers, etc.).
- Experience with budget tracking, including actual vs. estimated spend.
- Commercialization experience of consumer products in FDA-regulated facilities.
- ROI tracking and reporting, and cross-functional project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.
