Product Manager - Manhattan Active WMS

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Charlotte, NC that is seeking a Product Manager with experience supporting Manhattan Active WMS and distribution center technology initiatives.
Key Requirements:

Responsibilities:
* Own and prioritize the product roadmap
* Drive enhancements across warehouse and distribution technologies
* Gather requirements and translate business needs into product solutions
* Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation
* Use data and operational insights to guide product decisions

REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years of Product Management experience
* Experience with Manhattan Active WMS
* Supply chain, warehouse, or fulfillment technology background
* Agile product delivery experience
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to partner with business, engineering, and third-party teams
* Manhattan Active WMS experience (top priority)
* Product Management experience
* Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
* Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
* Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
* Experience partnering with operations, supply chain, and technology teams
* Experience participating in Manhattan Active implementations
* Exposure to warehouse and distribution center operations
* Understanding of warehouse systems integrations
* Experience working with Manhattan representatives or vendors

Additional Details:
* Southeast U.S. preferred
* Up to 30% travel
* Enterprise-scale operational environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
