Position Status: Contract to Hire (18 months with potential extension or permanent placement)
Pay Rate: $75/hr - $80/hr on W2 (Based on Experience)

In this critical, remote role, you'll lead complex, high-impact technology projects that strengthen and secure our financial infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee large-scale, multi-phase technology projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timely execution within budget.
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, managing dependencies, critical paths, and resource allocations.
- Utilize expert MS Project skills to manage complex schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
- Create and support dynamic dashboards, automations, and advanced reporting tools using Excel (pivot tables, macros, data analysis).
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks; develop sustainable process improvements and corrective actions.
- Monitor project performance, troubleshoot issues, and communicate progress to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a single point of contact for project teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Optional: Support infrastructure and cloud implementation projects, leveraging prior experience in these areas.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years in project/program management, delivering large, complex projects (preferably in technology/infrastructure).
- Deep expertise in MS Project, managing multi-phase schedules with dependencies and critical path analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards, macros, complex formulas, data analysis).
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
- Experience with technology projects, infrastructure, and cloud implementations (preferred).
- Ability to work independently, make well-informed decisions, and manage risk effectively.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience; Master s degree preferred.
