Role
Provide frontline IT support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues on initial contact.
Responsibilities
Resolve or escalate desktop, Windows 10, printer, and phone issues.
Manage and prioritize multiple technical tasks independently.
Work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
Requirements
1-3 years of IT/computer support experience (preferred).
Skills: Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and communication.
Tech: Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Windows 10, and ticketing tools (BMC Helix preferred).
