Technical Application Analyst - IAM Support

Tech Stack:
SQL, APIs, Log Analysis, IAM/RBAC, Python/PowerShell, Jira/ServiceNow
Overview:
You will drive production triage, log analysis, and data-level fixes across complex workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot: Diagnose production bugs using app logs, APIs, and data flows.
Fix: Implement SQL data corrections and configuration updates.
Document: Build runbooks and SOPs to scale support capabilities.
Qualifications:
3+ years in production application or systems support.
Strong SQL query writing and log debugging skills.
Working knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and RBAC.
Experience with ITSM frameworks (ServiceNow/Jira).
