Summary:
This role will operate at the center of multiple high-impact initiatives, driving execution across RCA (Root Cause Analysis), resiliency efforts, scaling projections, and platform reliability. You will act as both a project driver and team enabler, ensuring priorities move forward, teams stay aligned, and leadership has clear visibility into progress. This is not a passive coordination role. We are looking for someone who can push work forward, drive accountability, and bring structure to a complex, fast-moving environment-while still being a strong partner to engineering teams.

Duties:
* Ensure alignment across multiple verticals within platform, observability, and SRE teams
* Manage competing priorities and keep initiatives on track
* Support resiliency initiatives and ensure follow-through on action items
* Help drive closure on incidents, post-mortems, and reliability improvements
* Own all incoming and outgoing documentation across the team
* Ensure documentation meets internal standards and compliance requirements
* Provide clear, concise summaries after meetings and key discussions

Drive projects from initiation through completion by:
* Defining scope
* Establishing timelines
* Coordinating cross-functional teams

Schedule and lead key forums including:
* RCA (Root Cause Analysis) reviews
* SRE team stand-ups
* Scaling and capacity projection meetings
* Ticket review sessions

Deliver regular status updates, including:
* Weekly reports
* Executive-level summaries
* Team progress insights

Create visibility into:
* What the team is working on
* Risks and blockers
* Overall health of initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-8+ years of Project Management experience in technical environments
* Experience supporting SRE, Observability, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure teams
* Proven ability to manage projects across multiple teams and priorities
* Experience running RCA processes and post-incident reviews
* Strong experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems
* Strong organizational and execution skills
* Ability to drive work forward and hold teams accountable
* Someone who can be driving execution, without being heavy-handed
* Comfortable stepping in to organize, push, and escalate when needed
* Strong communicator who naturally creates clarity out of chaos
* Able to balance structure with flexibility in a fast-moving environment
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity and large, complex environments
* Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Understanding of:
* Observability (monitoring, logging, alerting)
* SRE practices (incident management, reliability, scaling)
* SDLC and Agile methodologies

Excellent written communication, especially:
* Meeting summaries
* Status reports
* Executive updates
