Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Greenwood Village, CO that is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the overall success of our AI SDLC Transformation program. This role is responsible for program outcomes, metrics, executive reporting, and cross-team coordination for a transformation impacting approximately 8,500 developers.

Summary:
In this role, you will act as a data-driven strategist, ensuring the program delivers measurable value. Responsibilities include defining KPIs, analyzing adoption trends, preparing executive communications, and coordinating across Platform, Security, Data, and AI teams. You will serve as the central point of alignment to keep the program on track and stakeholders informed. This is not a traditional product management role focused on feature development. Instead, it is focused on driving enterprise-wide transformation outcomes, using data to prioritize efforts, demonstrate value, and continuously optimize the program.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of product management, program management, or related experience
* 4+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale programs with measurable outcomes
* 3+ years of experience working with data analysis, metrics, and executive reporting
* Proven track record of driving adoption and demonstrating business value
* Experience coordinating across multiple technical teams including Platform, Security, and Data
* Strong experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
* Experience defining and validating KPIs and success metrics
* Understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices
* Familiarity with telemetry, data pipelines, and data quality management
* Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
* Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts is preferred
* Strong communication skills, especially with executive audiences
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
* Strong stakeholder management across both technical and business teams
* Comfortable working in ambiguity and driving clarity
* Results-oriented with strong accountability

Preferred Qualifications:
* MBA or advanced degree in a related field
* PMP, Agile, or similar certifications
* Experience with developer productivity metrics such as DORA or SPACE frameworks
* Background in technology transformation or change management programs
* Experience with AI or machine learning adoption programs or developer tools
* Familiarity with value attribution and ROI modeling
* Experience in telecommunications, financial services, or other regulated industries

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
