Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AEM Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AEM Sites, components, templates, workflows, and integrations with enterprise systems.

You will work closely with UX designers, architects, and backend teams to deliver scalable, high-performance, and personalized digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

AEM Development

Design and develop AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.
Build and maintain AEM Sites and reusable content components.
Implement responsive and accessible websites using AEM best practices.
Customize AEM core components and develop custom Sling Models and Servlets.

Backend & Integration

Develop services using Java, OSGi, Sling, and JCR.
Integrate AEM with third-party systems such as APIs, CRM, and eCommerce platforms.
Implement REST/SOAP services and headless CMS capabilities.

Frontend Collaboration

Work with frontend teams using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks.
Implement editable templates and client libraries.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.

DevOps & Deployment

Configure and manage AEM environments (Author, Publish, Dispatcher).
Implement CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.

Required Skills

Must Have

Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service)
Expertise in Java, J2EE, Sling, OSGi, JCR
Experience with AEM Sites, Workflows, Templates, and Components
Experience with Dispatcher configuration and caching
Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices
Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins or other CI/CD tools

Good to Have

Experience with AEM Assets or AEM Forms
Knowledge of Headless CMS / AEM Content Services
Experience with React, Angular, or Vue
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Target, or Launch
Cloud experience (AWS/Azure)
