Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an
Asset Librarian (Content Supply Chain) for a
contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in a remote role (PST preferred).
The Marketing Content Asset Librarian provides operational support for design component and asset management activities across all stages of Adobe's Content Supply Chain (GenStudio), focused on Workfront, and Adobe Experience Manager Assets (AEM). This role in conjunction with automation and AI forms the operational backbone of the content supply chain, ensuring marketing assets are properly cataloged, searchable, compliant, and reusable throughout the content lifecycle from creative work in progress (WIP) ? final asset/content storage management ? distribution ? archive - without duplication, brand and compliance issues, findability issues, or workflow friction. This role works under the direction of Head of Adobe Content Supply Chain (GenStudio)
Responsibilities: - Component & Asset Management
- Apply predefined metadata schemas, naming conventions, and scalable folder structures, across the content lifecycle - creative work in progress (WIP), reusable design components, and final assets/content for distribution.
- Perform bulk uploads and routine maintenance tasks to prevent duplication and content sprawl
- Archive, update, and retire components, asset/contents according to documented lifecycle guidelines.
- Support discoverability by ensuring accuracy and completeness of metadata tagging.
- Assist internal teams and agency partners with day-to-day asset needs
- Governance & Compliance Support
- Apply established governance rules related to branding, licensing, local regulatory compliance, and technology requirements as relates to marketing assets.
- Performs asset audits and raises taxonomy, metadata and tagging structure issues
- Flag potential issues or operations inconsistencies for review.
Required Skills: - Hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Workfront or similar project/work management tools.
- Familiarity with marketing or creative workflows and content lifecycles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established standards and processes.
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks and requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills are important.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with guidance and defined priorities.
