We have an immediate need for an Agile Project Manager with strong Data & Analytics expertise based in Torrance, California. This role offers an opportunity to lead high-impact data initiatives while working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery of outcomes. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data-driven solutions. The position involves driving Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives while managing scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables. You will also ensure adherence to data quality, governance, and reporting standards, while providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile project or program management with a proven track record in delivering data, analytics, or BI initiatives. Expertise in Scrum or Kanban frameworks is essential, along with hands-on experience using data tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI. A solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance practices is required. Experience with Master Data Management and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus, along with Agile certifications such as CSM or PMI-ACP. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are critical for success in this role.
