Description OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated
Senior Project Manager to support the Markets Financing Solutions - Prime Services business. This role leads the execution of a complex global program supporting the growth of a multinational Prime Services offering. The ideal candidate brings extensive project management experience, strong financial services knowledge, and the ability to manage cross-functional, multi-workstream initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesCore Project & Program Management- Drive end-to-end project execution across multiple workstreams
- Define operating model and technology requirements
- Lead steering committees and governance forums
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and strategic committees
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk logs
- Ensure alignment with Change Management Framework requirements for EMEA-impacting initiatives
- Build productive relationships with project leads across the enterprise
Regulatory & Governance- Support regulatory compliance and approval processes
- Track and coordinate governance and oversight programs required for new product launches
Specific Program Responsibilities- Support the build-out of a new Prime Services offering
- Manage scope, capacity planning, resources, timelines, and risks/issues
- Coordinate activities across technology, operations, and business teams
- Identify risks, escalate issues, and drive mitigation and resolution
- Communicate program status to senior management on a regular and ad-hoc basis
- Manage workstream interdependencies and oversee outsourced components
Requirements Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, business, or related field
- 10+ years of professional experience in financial operations or systems design
- Extensive enterprise-level project/program management experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs
- Experience with Agile, SCRUM, and other modern project methodologies
Preferred Qualifications- MBA, CPA, or CFA
- 7-10 years of experience in equity finance, prime brokerage, synthetics, or equity derivatives
- Strong regulatory awareness in financial services
Skills- Global Markets and/or Prime Brokerage experience
- Leadership and influencing skills
- Relationship management
