Job Title: NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) Specialist
Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) Specialist to support ongoing planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities on a part-time contract basis. This role will support two clients and requires strong hands-on expertise in NSPB and NetSuite financials.

Engagement Details

Estimated Hours: ~15–20 hours per month (to start)
Flexible, part-time engagement with potential for increased hours
Expected Start: Within 2 weeks

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance budget and forecast models within NSPB
Support month-end and quarter-end planning cycles
Troubleshoot and resolve NSPB configuration and data issues
Develop reports and dashboards
Collaborate with finance stakeholders to improve planning workflows

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB)
Strong understanding of NetSuite core financial modules (GL, AP, AR)
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within NSPB
Proficiency in NSPB dimensionality, forms, and business rules
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

NetSuite Certification (ERP Consultant, Financial, or Administrator)
Experience with multi-subsidiary or multi-currency environments
Prior consulting or contract engagement experience
