Introduction

The client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM BPC Consultant with subject matter expertise in CIS Discovery. The ServiceNow ITOM Consultant will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support and Admin ITOM BPC to conduct workshop sessions for Discovery, CMDB, and CSDM, create stories, and provide advisory support.
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions including modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow development practices, scripting, and integration capabilities to deliver solutions that improve visibility, automation, and efficiency of IT operations.
• Support ServiceNow CMDB Discovery as the primary data feed with other ServiceNow CMDB data integrated across multiple networks.
• Implement and manage ServiceNow ITOM Event Management processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other event data sources to ensure seamless monitoring and alerting.
• Define event correlation rules and automated incident handling with IT teams.
• Optimize ServiceNow Impact Support for improved event visibility and resolution.
• Configure Event Rules, Alert Management, and Business Service Monitoring (BSM).
• Perform root cause analysis and propose automation solutions for incident resolution.
• Ensure compliance with ITSM and ITOM best practices.
