Job Summary / Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Regulatory Submission Lead to support the coordination, creation, review, and delivery of regulatory documentation for digital experiences. This role serves as a key liaison between Content Design, UX/Product Design, Product Management, and Regulatory teams to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with digital products, managing multiple priorities, and improving documentation processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage regulatory submission documentation for digital products and experiences
• Partner with Content Design and UX teams to understand user flows, logic, and content variations
• Ensure documentation accurately reflects approved digital experiences
• Support development and maintenance of documentation templates and standards
• Coordinate assembly and delivery of final submission packages
• Serve as the primary liaison across Content Design, Product, Project Management, and Regulatory teams
• Communicate timelines, risks, blockers, and status updates to stakeholders
• Perform quality reviews to ensure documentation accuracy and consistency
• Track multiple projects and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Preferred Skills / Nice to Have:
• Experience with Content Design, UX Writing, UX Design, or digital product environments
• Experience in regulatory operations or submission processes
• Experience in highly structured or regulated environments
• Familiarity with digital product workflows and documentation standards
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Certifications (if applicable):
PMP certification preferred

• Candidate must be eligible for W-2 employment
