Job Summary:

A Business Development professional is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships, and helping the company increase revenue, market presence, and partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients, markets, or business opportunities
  • Research industry trends and competitors
  • Build a pipeline of leads through networking, calls, emails, and meetings

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
  • Act as a point of contact for key accounts

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Pitch products/services to potential clients
  • Negotiate deals and close business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets

4. Strategic Planning

  • Explore collaborations, alliances, or joint ventures

6. Reporting & Analysis

  • Provide insights to management
