Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong knowledge of mainframe-based business operations, business process analysis, and functional requirements delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.

  • Gather and document business and functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flows.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, development, operations, and QA teams.

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), impact analysis, and solution validation.

  • Assist with backlog refinement, prioritization, root cause analysis, and reporting.

  • Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
