Description Digital Distribution Specialist3 Month Contract, Potential for Extension or Conversion Location: Englewood, CO (Onsite Required)
Schedule: Thursday-Sunday
Hours: Four 10-hour shifts (10:00 AM-6:00 PM or 11:00 AM-7:00 PM)
Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Digital Distribution Specialist to support the delivery, validation, and tracking of digital content across multiple distribution platforms. This role operates in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and requires strong organizational and troubleshooting abilities. The specialist will manage incoming programming schedules, validate metadata, ensure accurate content delivery, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.
This position is onsite at the Englewood office and requires consistent weekend availability.
Core Responsibilities- Manage and interpret programming schedules received from networks (weekly and monthly content).
- Create, receive, validate, and reconcile metadata for digital assets.
- Ensure content is properly delivered to distribution endpoints, including platforms such as Amazon, Hulu, YouTube, Roku, Charter, Cox, and others.
- Monitor content delivery pipelines and confirm assets reach the correct destinations.
- Troubleshoot delivery and metadata-related issues:
- Open and track support tickets
- Escalate issues when appropriate
- Communicate findings back to networks or internal partners
- Maintain tracking and reporting documentation, primarily using Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external partners.
- Operate in a customer-facing capacity to support account-level needs.
Requirements Key Skills & Qualifications- Entry-level friendly; strong attention to detail and technical aptitude required.
- Excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills.
Proficiency with:- Excel (tracking, reporting)
- Google Docs
- Airtable
- Ability to succeed in fast-paced environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable managing customer-facing interactions.
Preferred (nice-to-have):- Jira
- ServiceNow
- Background or exposure to technical troubleshooting is highly valued.
