Onsite in Greenwood Village, CO

The Product Manager III will define strategy and deliver digital experiences for our client's customers across data, voice, and video. The role will translate complex telecom offerings such as Ethernet and Internet into intuitive, cohesive user journeys. The individual will collaborate across design, engineering, and stakeholder groups to prioritize work using customer insights, analytics, and financial metrics. The position will manage multiple initiatives, communicate outcomes, and drive measurable improvements in customer experience and business results.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $65.00 to $75.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Actively support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience across telecom products.
  • Partner with data, voice, and video teams to align digital experiences across offerings.
  • Translate complex telecom products including Ethernet, Internet, and networking into intuitive digital experiences.
  • Use customer feedback and business goals to develop strategic plans for digital investments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build business cases, define requirements, and drive prioritization.
  • Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and supporting organizations.
  • Manage multiple initiatives and timelines with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Create user stories and requirements to guide development.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations communicating strategy and performance.
  • Leverage analytics and business metrics to track performance and identify improvements.
  • Conduct post-launch analysis and continuously optimize digital experiences.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to maintain empathy and understanding of needs.
  • Perform competitive analysis and support research to inform strategy.

Experience Requirements:
  • Experience working on a digital website for a large enterprise organization.
  • Background in telecom products with understanding of Ethernet and Internet services.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex stakeholder groups and competing priorities.
  • Strong self-management skills with the ability to operate independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting to all organizational levels.
  • Strong technical acumen including knowledge of software development practices and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with web analytics, data interpretation, and performance measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business cases and evaluate ROI.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Networking expertise or deeper understanding of telecom infrastructure (preferred).
  • Experience simplifying complex product ecosystems into cohesive digital experiences (preferred).
  • Background in consolidating or aligning experiences across multiple platforms or organizations (preferred).
