The Product Manager III will lead strategy, execution, and delivery of digital experiences for business customers through convergence, feature parity, and migration to a unified platform. The role will support post-merger integration, customer transitions, and long-term platform consolidation within a complex cross-functional environment. The position requires strong strategic thinking, agile delivery alignment, and data-driven decision-making to optimize digital investments and customer outcomes.

Rate: $60.00 to $70.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience across digital platforms.
  • Lead strategy and execution for convergence of small business and mid-market or enterprise portals.
  • Define and drive feature parity across platforms to enable unified customer experiences.
  • Develop and execute customer migration strategies to a single digital platform.
  • Support merger and acquisition initiatives, including integration of new customer bases.
  • Use customer insights and business objectives to guide digital investment strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business cases, requirements, and prioritization frameworks.
  • Act as liaison across business, technical, and operational teams.
  • Manage multiple complex initiatives with autonomy and accountability.
  • Develop user stories and ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution.
  • Create executive-level presentations outlining strategy, progress, and performance metrics.
  • Track and analyze performance of digital investments, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct post-launch reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support research, competitive analysis, and service design initiatives.

Experience Requirements:
  • Experience working on a digital website for a large enterprise organization.
  • Proven experience with mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale digital consolidations.
  • Ability to self-manage and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Technical acumen and understanding of Agile development practices.
  • Experience with web analytics, data analysis, and performance measurement.
  • Ability to develop business cases and evaluate ROI.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Proven success in website consolidation and platform migration strategies (preferred).
  • Experience driving convergence across multiple business units or customer segments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with land and expand product strategies (preferred).
  • Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments during transformation initiatives (preferred).
