Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Minimum 2-year hands-on experience with Workday Financial Management.
- Experience working in insurance or financial services environments.
- Proven experience in quality assurance testing (test case creation, execution, defect management).
- Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting processes, and controls.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with insurance policy, claims, or billing systems.
- Experience with system integrations and data flows (e.g., financial feeds).
- Familiarity with audit, or regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting Workday releases and regress
