About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Quality Engineer to ensure product and process quality across the supply chain. In this role, you will apply quality principles to design, incoming materials, production control, product evaluation, reliability, inventory control, and research and development for both make and buy products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including program management, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain-to maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement. This position involves technical evaluations, supplier engagement, and implementation of corrective actions to meet reliability and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Apply quality principles to product design, production, and supplier processes.
  • Perform technical evaluations of requirements, specifications, models, drawings, and procedures.
  • Investigate product failures and lead Material Review Board (MRB) decisions.
  • Develop and implement corrective/preventive actions to ensure compliance and reliability.
  • Design and analyze inspection/testing processes and conduct statistical analysis on non-conforming products.
  • Drive supplier selection, certification programs, and performance improvement strategies.
  • Evaluate quality systems for deficiencies and recommend corrective measures.


Basic Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay processes or SAP.
  • Experience in one or more of the following: Quality Engineering, Systems Engineering, Materials Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Quality Engineering.
  • Proven ability in defect resolution and root cause corrective action.
  • Quality MRB certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer.
