Job Title: Technical Scrum Master
Summary:
The ideal candidate should have experience managing retail applications, omnichannel platforms, CRM implementations, order management, inventory management, payments, and customer-facing digital solutions.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of IT experience
- 5+ years as Technical PM, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead
- Strong Retail and eCommerce industry experience
- Experience managing cross-functional Agile teams
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
- Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects
Retail Domain Experience Required
Hands-on experience supporting one or more of:
- eCommerce platforms
- Omnichannel retail
- Inventory Management
- Order Management Systems (OMS)
- Product Information Management (PIM)
- Supply Chain Systems
- Retail POS
- Loyalty Programs
- Payments and Transaction Processing
- Customer Experience Platforms
Preferred Certifications:
- PMP
- SAFe Agilist / SAFe Scrum Master
- PMI-ACP
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Work Site: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Duration: Long-term
