The Service Desk Analyst plays a critical role as the front line of IT support, serving as the first point of contact for employees across a large, global organization. This role delivers fast, friendly, and effective technical support via phone, email, and chat-helping users stay productive in a dynamic enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as first-level technical support for end users via phone, email, and chat
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow
  • Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and application issues
  • Support Office 365 migration efforts, including login issues, access questions, and application support
  • Perform user account management tasks such as password resets, access provisioning, and Active Directory updates
  • Provide support for Microsoft applications, Windows operating systems, and standard desktop environments
  • Identify issues requiring escalation and route tickets to appropriate support teams
  • Follow ITIL and service desk best practices while maintaining accurate documentation
  • Deliver clear, professional communication and consistently provide a positive end-user experience

Required / Desired Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in a help desk or service desk role (enterprise experience a plus)
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to support users across multiple communication channels
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and Microsoft products
  • Basic working knowledge of Active Directory (password resets, account management, access requests)
  • Experience with a ticketing system such as ServiceNow
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10/11
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic desktop, hardware, and application issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a desire to learn and grow in an enterprise IT environment

This is a Contract position based out of Oshkosh, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
