Summary

Our client is looking for an NBS Technician for a 2-month contract in Hillsboro, OR 97124.

Our client is a multibillion-dollar company that provides end-to-end managed services, technology, and consulting to enable the digital workplace for small to enterprise businesses. Join their team to be part of delivering individualized experiences to a diverse range of clients in a collaborative and productive workplace environment.

Contract Duration: 2 Months
Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years technical experience.
A+ certification is required within 90 days of start date.
Windows/Linux imaging.
Advanced Windows OS troubleshooting.
Basic server imaging with limited troubleshooting.
Basic Linux OS troubleshooting.
Basic printer support and troubleshooting.
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. solo.
May be required to walk/sit/stand/crawl/kneel for extended periods.
Excellent customer service skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel and Word primarily) and Windows 7, 8 and 10.

What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities

Putting OS on client laptops/desktops/tablets, configuration of laptops/desktops/tablets and client data migration.
Advanced break/fix support of software/hardware issues for clients.
Managing and updating tickets via the client's ticketing database.
Flexibility changing directions within an hour, sometimes less.
Travelling between buildings using a personal vehicle/via foot.
Frequent interaction with clients in person and via phone, email, and IM.
Work in a dynamic team and cross-train to backfill for peer team members.
Train and backfill for our partner IT groups, including Data Center Housing, IT Service Centers, and Audio-Visual departments.
Additional responsibilities, assigned periodically, aimed at helping meet our clients' needs and provide you with continuous hands-on training and experience.
