Job Description

We are looking for an Enterprise Data Governance Consultant to support data governance initiatives for a State of Tennessee project.

Responsibilities

Support enterprise data governance strategies and implementation.
Work with business, IT, privacy, security, and compliance teams.
Facilitate governance meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
Develop governance documents, roadmaps, data dictionaries, and business glossaries.
Support data quality, data stewardship, metadata, and data management activities.
Assist with AI governance, privacy, risk, and compliance initiatives.
Develop training materials and communication content.
Support change management and stakeholder adoption.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Data Governance and Data Management.
Experience with stakeholder engagement and facilitation.
Knowledge of data quality, metadata, data stewardship, and data lifecycle management.
Experience with change management, training, and communications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Government/public-sector experience is preferred.
Experience with AI Governance is a plus.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid in Nashville, TN.
