The following requirement is open with our client.

Title : Mac Support Engineer

Location : Miami, FL

Required Qualifications:

Required Skills:

3 5 years of macOS support experience in an enterprise environment
Strong macOS troubleshooting and Apple hardware knowledge
Experience with MDM tools (JAMF preferred)
Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS)
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Freshservice, ServiceNow)
Knowledge of Mac security best practices
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently onsite

Preferred Skills:

Apple certification (ACSP)
Basic scripting knowledge (Bash)
ITIL knowledge or experience in structured IT environments
