A rapidly growing, venture-backed B2B SaaS startup in the fintech and compliance sector is expanding its product team. They have built an AI-driven platform that streamlines complex regulatory processes for financial institutions, significantly reducing manual workflows. With a lean, collaborative team and strong market validation, they are scaling operations to meet increasing demand across the U.S.
They're looking to add their 2nd Product Manager to the team! Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will drive day-to-day execution, acting as the operational hub between Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success. This role focuses heavily on delivery and transforming high-level strategy into actionable user stories and shipping features that solve tangible problems.
The team is specifically looking for somebody with a background in Engineering or Customer Success who has successfully transitioned into Product Management.

Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of Product Management experience (B2B SaaS required; Fintech or Compliance tech preferred).
- Must have prior professional experience in Software Engineering or Customer Success.
- Demonstrated ability to ship products on time in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment.
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical teams.
- Must be based in the US and strictly available during East Coast (EST) business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Own the tactical execution of the roadmap, from writing user stories to leading QA/UAT.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to deliver AI-powered features and improvements.
- Partner with Sales to support technical discovery and scope client implementations.
- Work with Customer Success to troubleshoot issues and incorporate user feedback into future releases.
- Maintain the backlog and ensure efficient delivery cycles.
