Urgent Requirement: Workday HCM Consultant
Engagement Type: Contract | Part-Time (35 hours/week)
Duration: 4–6 months
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation
- Strong working knowledge of Workday Core HCM (worker data, org management, business processes)
- Experience with Workday Recruiting (requisitions, candidate pipelines, offer management)
- Proven customer service orientation — able to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and build strong working relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with additional Workday modules (Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Reporting/Prism, Integrations, Security)
- Workday certification(s) in HCM, Compensation, or Recruiting
- Experience supporting a large, multi-business-unit or global organization
- Familiarity with Workday release management and twice-yearly updates
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Workday professional with hands-on expertise in Advanced Compensation, Core HCM, and Recruiting. Experience across additional Workday modules is a strong plus — but depth of practical experience will weigh heavily in our evaluation.
