| - 10+ years of related experience in Product Management, Inventory Management, Merch Financial Planning, Demand Forecasting, Assortment Planning, Allocation, Replenishment, Supply Chain, retail technology, or a related techno-functional discipline.
- Deep understanding of retail planning and inventory management processes, including financial planning, demand forecasting, assortment planning, allocation, replenishment, inventory optimization, and exception management.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale planning, forecasting, allocation, replenishment, ERP, inventory, merchandising, or supply chain technology capabilities.
- Strong ability to translate complex business processes into clear product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
- Experience partnering with business, analytics, engineering, architecture, and program teams to deliver complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical orientation, with the ability to use data, business metrics, financial impact, and operational performance to shape product decisions and prioritize work.
- Experience with forecasting, optimization, automation, AI/ML, or advanced analytics capabilities in a retail, planning, supply chain, or inventory management context preferred.
- Experience reducing manual process complexity and modernizing fragmented planning workflows into scalable, governed, system-enabled capabilities.
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, evaluate solution tradeoffs, manage dependencies, and influence partners across business and Technology teams.
- Experience across multiple software delivery models including agile, scrum, waterfall, and lean.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead through influence across a matrixed organization.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, bring structure to complex problems, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Bachelor’s degree or more in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field. An equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience will be considered.
