Senior Integration Analyst

Location / Remote: 100% Remote. Candidates must reside in the U.S. or Canada and be located within the Eastern or Central Time Zones..

Employment Type: 4-month contract with potential to extend

Compensation: up to $80/hour W-2; up to 89/hour 1099 (depending on experience)

This role focuses on delivering expert-level integration solutions for EDI, cXML, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The Senior Integration Analyst will play a hands-on role in managing complex customer onboarding, testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless interoperability across ERP systems, procurement platforms, and supplier networks. Success in this position requires deep technical expertise with cXML mappings, P2P workflows, and integration testing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead integration testing efforts, including gathering requirements, validating test documents, placing test orders, and completing full integration cycles.
• Build and troubleshoot cXML maps for various workflows such as OrderRequest, PunchOutOrderMessage, ConfirmationRequest, and InvoiceDetailRequest.
• Validate cXML transformations and data flows, including OrderRequest to PunchOutOrderMessage and InvoiceDetailRequest to InvoiceDetailResponse.
• Develop test strategies for EDI, cXML, and P2P integrations, including partner certification and mapping validation.
• Support integrations with platforms such as Ariba Network, Coupa Supplier Portal, GEP, and Jaggaer.
• Troubleshoot issues across ERP systems, supplier networks, middleware, and procurement platforms.
• Provide expert-level support for EDI standards, including 810, 850, 855, 856, 860, 940, and 945.
• Monitor and optimize integration workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with cXML integration.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end cXML workflows and transformations.
• Proven expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Ability to manage integration testing and full-cycle onboarding.
• General knowledge of EDI documents, with emphasis on cXML rather than EDI X12.
• Experience with troubleshooting and supporting integrations across ERP systems and procurement platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with automation projects.
• Exposure to system architecture and understanding of integration frameworks.
