Job Description/ Responsibilities:

Drive client meetings for a CDH Discovery phase to derive the outcomes and planning for implementation phase
Work with Lead Decision Architects, Developers, testers onsite and offshore and Client stakeholders to derive the redesign principles and de-customization roadmap
Define the high-level solution design and architecture
Define the Ops Manager governance and release management model with Reporting requirements
Curve out the Phased Migration Plan with estimates, risks and dependencies - Migration Roadmap, Risks & Dependencies
