Description
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic team in Brunswick, Georgia. In this role, you will play a key part in providing technical assistance, managing infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operations across hardware, software, and network systems. This is a contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues to maintain seamless operations.
Install, configure, and repair enterprise infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and virtual environments.
Plan and implement upgrades for hardware and software platforms, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.
Enhance and maintain monitoring, automation, and configuration solutions to improve system efficiency.
Create and update detailed documentation for infrastructure services and processes.
Ensure backup systems are functional and respond effectively to incidents.
Provide timely and attentive support for end-user requests and technical issues.
Collaborate with the IT team to uphold cybersecurity standards and compliance.
Deliver clear communication and outstanding customer service to diverse users.
Participate in on-call rotations during evenings, weekends, and holidays to address urgent technical needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, with at least two years of experience as a Systems or Network Administrator.
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware.
Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and managing service desk tickets.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Willingness to participate in scheduled on-call support.
Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and compliance protocols.
