Our client, a leading global travel and hospitality technology company, is looking to hire an Experiences Business Operations Manager in the United States (Remote).
Pay Rate Range: $30-$40/hr on W2, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Support the onboarding and execution of high-profile Airbnb Experiences hosted by globally recognized talent, athletes, and public figures.
Build and maintain Experience listing pages while ensuring exceptional accuracy and quality.
Coordinate guest selection, vetting, communications, and logistics with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
Serve as the operational lead across multiple cross-functional teams including Communications, Production, Trust & Safety, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders.
Develop launch plans, manage timelines, and ensure all operational milestones are met.
Identify process gaps, recommend creative solutions, and partner with Engineering on tooling improvements when needed.
Analyze Experience performance and support post-launch reporting and operational reviews.
Maintain documentation, workflows, and SOPs to support scalable operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor''s degree preferred.
5+ years of Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or Business Operations experience.
Experience managing complex processes or programs from initiation through execution.
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high quality bar in fast-paced environments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
Experience in travel, hospitality, entertainment, luxury goods, guest operations, customer experience, or other white-glove service environments is highly preferred.
Strong Google Workspace/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with data and reporting tools; SQL or Tableau experience is a plus.
Proven ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and thrive in ambiguous environments.
