Zensar is looking for a Oracle Unity Platform Architect in the United States (Hybrid). This position is open for Full Time with excellent benefits and professional growth opportunities.
About the Role
- Define and implement Customer & Account 360 and golden record strategy on Oracle Unity.
- Architect Oracle Unity CDP: data model, ingestion (batch/real-time), identity resolution, unification, segmentation, and activation.
- Lead greenfield implementations & PoCs from design through adoption, proving clear business value.
- Integrate Unity with CRM, MAP, billing, support, product telemetry, and partner systems.
- Drive data governance, quality, and privacy standards.
- Manage senior stakeholders (IT, Data, Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Partner) with clear, structured communication.
- Guide and review technical teams’ solution designs and deliverables.
Experience:
- 10 years of experience in managing service delivery for big organization.
- Strong, hands-on Oracle Unity CDP implementation experience in large B2B environments.
- Proven track record delivering Customer 360/source-of-truth programs.
- Solid understanding of B2B hierarchies, accounts, contacts, partners, subscriptions.
- Experience running PoCs and converting them into scalable programs.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree – Information Technology
