Project Overview
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support and lead strategic initiatives focused on expanding and enhancing a digital licensing, compliance, and case management platform built on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
Key initiatives include:
  • Expansion of existing licensing functionality to support additional license types and business programs
  • Development of legal appeals and case management capabilities
  • Integration with external enterprise systems and third-party platforms
  • Enhancement of case management and workflow functionality
  • Development and optimization of data pipelines into a cloud-based Data Lakehouse environment
  • Support for additional business transformation initiatives as prioritized
  • The selected Project Manager will provide leadership and oversight across multiple workstreams, coordinate activities among cross-functional teams, manage vendor deliverables, and ensure successful project execution from planning through implementation.
     
    Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Establish governance structures, communication plans, and reporting processes
  • Coordinate and direct project activities to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and budget performance
  • Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, workshops, and working sessions
  • Provide clear and concise project status reporting to stakeholders and leadership
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve project-related conflicts
  • Coordinate activities across multiple teams, vendors, and business units
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and escalate issues as needed
  • Track project expenditures and forecast budget impacts
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions and maintain project documentation
  •  
    Required Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of project management experience delivering small-to-medium or moderately complex projects
  • Experience managing projects from initiation through implementation and closeout
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management experience
  • Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Experience working with software development, system integration, or digital transformation projects
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience creating executive-level project status reports and presentations

    Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce-based platforms or enterprise SaaS implementations
  • Experience overseeing third-party vendors and implementation partners
  • Familiarity with case management, licensing, compliance, or workflow management systems
  • Experience supporting cloud-based data platforms, analytics initiatives, or system integration projects
